Key Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
Remove blockers and shield the team from external interruptions during sprints
Coach team members and stakeholders on Scrum values and agile principles
Track sprint velocity, cycle time, and burndown metrics to surface delivery risks early
Drive retrospective outcomes and ensure continuous process improvement across cycles
